Landline fault

I am currently unable to make or receive calls.

Broadband is unaffected.

Connection is via BT Mk2 Master Socket.

With lower faceplate removed and just a BT Duet 210 phone connected ;

Line has telecare alarm connected.

I'm sorry for the delay.

I have escalated this straight over to Openreach as the line tests have detected a potential line fault.

I will continue to monitor for additional updates.
