Landline problem

Hi I am having a problem with my landline I have a dialling tone but if I try to phone out there Is no ringing tone just dead, also anyone phoning in cannot get through I have 3 lights on the grand stream box and 3 lights on the incoming fibre box could someone please advise me on this problem.

I'm sorry to hear this. Is the broadband connection working ok? Could you try powering down the Grandstream Voice Adapter (DVA) for 30 minutes and then retest the voice service again please.

Hi , yes the fibre line working ok , I disconnected the grand stream box as you suggested and it is now working ok
