&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a voice and a broadband line test now which are both clear. The connection also looks stable for just over 10 days. Just to confirm, when did you last experience the drops in connection please? Do they seem to be weather related? Are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone?&lt;/P&gt;
