My landline is not working again, when people ring my number the get the trying to connect tone but it never comes through and when we try to dial out we get the constant line engaged tone. In addition the internet is so slow it keeps timing out. An engineer came out a couple of weeks ago and found a fault on an external line some streets away and swapped over the cable. We are now in the same situation. There are engineers pulling in new fibre optic cables in adjacent streets and every time they have been we get problems can any one help
