Unable to receive or make landline calls.

Our landlne has been troublesome since the move from UFO a few months ago, today we can't make or receive calls, folks calling in look like they are getting through once we lift the receiver the call is ended, when we 'call out' the relevant info regarding the call is shown on the screen but it will not connect, I tried using another phone and same result.

We urgently need the landline for medical reasons and elderly relative.

The internet service is working fine, the box the phone plugs into after the router is fine. can someone check this out please?

Same problem today! unable to call out and no one can phone in, are there any TT admins that can check on this and advise please?
