Engineers came out a while back to install fibre optic cable but refused to install as the driveway had only recently been block paved and they don't disturb anything under five years old.</P><P>I'm concerned that my neighbour is going to be without a phone line and although she has a mobile phone, reception is not great where we live.</P><P>Does anyone have any suggestions about how to escalate this issue with Talktalk.
