My landline has been down since Tuesday 5th December. An engineer came and said he couldn’t fix it and was handing it back to BT. I am 82 years old and here on my own. My internet is working some of the time. I have a fault ref 13726645. This is making m very anxious. There is crackle and noise when i pick up the receiver
