No landline connection since Saturday and cannot find any contact at TalkTalk to get update. In 70's

Had no phone since Saturday. Engineer was supposed to come 18th or 19th to fix it but nobody

came and line is now silent rather than heavily disrupted. No email address for TALKTALK, chat bot does not understand the problem and gave the response AWSOME! I am waiting for the plasterer to confirm his start date (should be Friday) his no. is on the landline, he cannot phone in, I cannot phone out. They sent a link on my mobile which is a cheap pay as you go with no internet access so that does not work, nor does entering the link details onto the computer. The only phone no has no options for faults and apparently they cannot help. What do I do. Only got 45p left on my mobile now.
