International call boost missing

Hi, earlier this year I placed a home phone boost for free international calls, I had a cause to remove it a while after. Now I want to re-introduce it I can't find the boost option. Under what circumstances would this happen? Where should I be looking for the option?

Further to above, maybe someone can confirm whether nor not Isle of Man is an included country(?)?
