I am able to call out but cannot receive calls - do I need to reset the little black box yet again?? Internet/broadband working fine.

Try a reset, if that is not working, power off all equipment for 30 minutes, including router, ONT and then see if this clears the issue.

Thank you, did a reset and touch wood, so far phone seems to work both ways.
