    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Line came down on the 12 December on a storm.Openreach was on site with two hours but couldn’t fix it because the wire was down from the main post, the engineer said it would be fixed the next day. On the 15 December i contracted Openreach with the ref number to be told that I had to contact talk talk directly which I did, the line still not fixed and I can’t get pass the virtual assistant on TalkTalk’s for a update&lt;BR /&gt;thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
