    <description>&lt;P&gt;Last week my landline telephone connection was plagued by heavy interference. On Sunday it was lost completely. Thankfully my broadband connection operates. I have tried contacting TalkTalk through "concerns@talktalkplc.com" but get nowhere. I depend entirely on my landline for telephone contact - I do not have a mobile because, with my poor hearing, I cannot hear what a caller says. My landline phone has a built-in amplifier. I am not in a position, therefore, to phone TalkTalk while the company's website gets me nowhere. Can anyone help ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;All tests are clear, so no obvious issues showing. &amp;nbsp; Have you tried another handset to rule out a fault with this ?&lt;/P&gt;
