Can someone advise on the following

I have caller display selected in my account. However when anyone rings the phone instead of showing the caller number shows number withheld.

This as only become a issue around the last few weeks. Caller number used to be shown but now it is not.

I have checked the line by ringing in on different phone numbers (will caller id set to be sent) and still get witheld.

Any ideas

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try removing the Caller Display service in your My Account, wait 24hrs and then try re-adding this again please. We'll check back in with you in 24hrs to see how you're getting on and if this has resolved this.
