My current bill (account number **removed **home phone number **removed** amounting to £50.04 includes an amount of £12 re last months charges. This would appear to relate to adding a calls boost which was effective from 25/12/2023 per your e mail dated 23/12/2023.

Surely this £12 charge is incorrect. I would have thought my bill should be £38.04 and not £50.04.

Perhaps you would kindly look into this matter and report back to me.

The calls boost was added 1 day after the December bill was produced so therefore not charged, so you have been back billed for the boost added after you last bill and this month for the advance charge for the boost.
