No Phone for 16 hours now. "Landline Dependant"!

Phone went completely dead 19:00 yesterday (30 Jan 2024) still dead 10:30 (31 Jan) we are 'Landline Dependant' the emergency box keeps blaring out "phone line disconected" every hour. TalkTalk Live Chat is all I get to on the WWW and there is NO response at all by clicking 'Live Chat' - just need help from someone - anyone please. REMOVED
