&lt;P&gt;Can I just check, did you previously test with a different phone at the test socket, with the router removed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have reported this previously, and TWO engineers said problem was outside the home.Noisy cracking noise then silence.It appeared fixed for a few days now it has gone again same problem noisy line then nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
