Unlimited call boost - no access to remove this online?

I do not need Unlimited Call Boost but unable to find a way to remove it myself ?

The Chat Bot is lying to me ! Option is not there?

You'll need to contact the Loyalty Dept on 0345 1725157 for that.

There seems to be a bug in My Account at the moment not showing active boosts, I will raise it, in the meantime I have removed the boost for you.
