Landline permanently engaged

Hi my landline is permanently engaged, I ran a test and talktalk says there is a fault and I need to book a service engineer. I clicked on the links they sent me, the Whatsapp link eventually worked but sent me back to fault tracker, which said there was a fault and I needed to book an engineer! I clicked on the link to book an engineer but this said the system wasn't working so I went through everything again and clicked on the live chat, guess what this service wasn't working! Nybody have a contact number where I can actually talktalk to someone?

My landline has been engaged for the past 10 minutes.

I don't know why, and it would be helpful to get a reply from TalkTalk customer services ASAP.

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
