I'm experiencing issues with my TalkTalk Landline and unable to get through to TalkTalk customer care - 08/02/2024.

I am unable to receive incoming or make outgoing calls. Whenever I dial a number from the house phone, I get some strange background interference too.

I've tried 'testing my line' on my account settings, but keep facing an error.

I was worried in case a service, such as 'Call Safe', was causing any issues. My physical telephone hasn't been touched either and everything is plugged in correctly. My telephone settings appear all the same and correct.

we have an issue affecting some customer landlines, and engineers are currently investigating. Please see our status page fore more info and updates.
