&lt;P&gt;When you try to activate callsafe or any calling features ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled as a confirmation screen in the form of a pop up is presented that you need to confirm.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After moving to full fibre 150 I cannot turn on CallSafe either through&amp;nbsp; 1472 or in my Talktalk account. any ideas how I can get it working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
