Check that you haven't got Number Withheld ticked in My Account, @Lbothered:

I wondered if that might be the case. But when I checked that for myself there is no such feature there:

@Lbothered I can see that number withhold has now been removed.

There is a known issue at the moment where boosts/ calling features are missing from my account, the team have identified the issue and are working on implementing the fix as soon as possible.

Until the fix is implemented customer services can remove it manually.
