Landline problem

Broadband is fine, but can't use landline. Get the message that says you have looked into it, but can't ID the problem. Then we get link to bot that doesn't understand response.

Please could you get Openreach to look into this? Thank you.

I've escalated this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

This fault is still with the Openreach line engineers, there are no additional updates at the moment.

Openreach have now closed the fault as resolved - Fault was at the cabinet.

Is everything working ok now?

Seems to be okay at the moment, thanks. Tried to follow the yoursetup link you sent us, but it doesn't work!
