Hello all.

Recently around 1 week ago. I contacted TT to ask them to remove my phone boosts as I won't be needing landline to phone out, but require it for people calling me.

(I now use mobile for outbound calls)

I have noticed the display screen on both my cordless phones show the message "No services available"

I am still able to get a dialing tone and phone out, and take incoming calls.

Is it normal for phone to say

"No services available ?

Thanks

Hi Chainsawcharlie

Your landline phone service is still live , there are no boosts active.

The display might be something to do with the handset itself.
