Can’t hear incoming caller but they can hear me

When receiving incoming calls from land lines and mobile numbers the caller can hear me but I can’t hear them. This is intermittent but seems to be occurring more frequently now.

Thanks, are you using an eero with a DVA or do you have the Sagemcom wifi hub 2?
