&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You haven't stated the nature of the fault. If it's a total loss of service they need to repair it within so many days etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff are not on here until Monday, so call in if you can on 03451 720088 or use Chat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I can see that this fault has been passed to Openreach and has been assigned to a line engineer this morning.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will keep monitoring for updates and I will post back on this thread.&lt;/P&gt;
