      <title>Noisy line for past 72hrs</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a very noisy line, have tried all usual teats including use of test socket but not working - can TalkTalk please test the line - only method of communication for my 75 year old mum!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK thanks, line test is passing. If you still hear the crack with the telephone connected to the test socket then we'll need to arrange an engineer visit. If you'd like us to do this can you confirm:&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Confirm your mobile number&lt;/LI&gt;
