landline phone oldish BT advanced phone Z quad not working properly with full fibre via HT801

Connected via Eero and Grandstream adapter HT801. If landline rings, mobile also does, sometimes there is no voice heard on landline handset. are there more suitable 'landline' phones to use with this set up or is there a fault.

Sorry for the delay.

There may be an issue with older handsets but it would be worth testing with a different phone (a newer handset) to see if you experience the same issue.
