&lt;P&gt;The message you hear is the callsafe screening system used to deter scam calls, your package is a bundled service which is Landline/ Broadband and line rental the price is all inclusive its not possible to separate the services on the package you are on. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its is only possible on Full Fibre which isnt available in your area just yet. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We no longer pay for a landline but if you dial our home number you get a message saying that TalkTalk is monitoring calls, asking you to say your name and wait to be put through.&amp;nbsp; Is it possible to have this number completely disabled?&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
