Do you mean the master socket, for a traditional phone line, @Bingoaddict6?

Morning,

We can arrange for your main socket to be re-located and this is classed as an LVR (Low Volume Request) Openreach engineers can also install and replace main phone sockets if requested. This is chargeable at £128.40.

If you'd like to go ahead with this then please let us know.
