Caller ID not working on new BT4600

Recently purchased the above.

The Caller ID is set up on my talk talk account.

Names and numbers stored in handset.

Call screening turned on all handsets

All incoming calls say WITHELD.

Help. I need to know who’s calling so I can decide if I want to speak to them or not 😂
