I have two addresses on TalkTalk. I have sold one of the properties so I need to stop the TalkTalk service for one of my two properties.

Just sign in to your customer MyAccount and select this link here.

That will take you to your account details that include the property address.

Account details are accessed from the MyAccount User avatar top right and from the drop-down menu, select Profile & Settings and then My Details & Passwords.

If you are the named account holder then call the loyalty team on 03451720088 They will be able to place the cancellation
