No phones working

Hi , my landline started playing up , then got worse and worse , can’t ring out at all now and incoming calls are full of background noise if the calls get through at all , internet , wifi tv all work perfectly , have disconnected phones , still not working , have unplugged my phone and took them round another house and they all are working fine , so I know it’s not the phones , sadly I can’t get past the talk talk bots to speak to a real human , talk talk have done a line test and inform us it’s fine , please help
