Caller display not working - shows all calls as withheld

I have a new phone, a BT 3570. I've ticked ‘caller display’ in my account. But all the calls I receive show “number withheld”, when I know they're not. How can I get it to show the caller number properly?

Hi Andrew,

Can I just confirm, you've mentioned that you've got a new phone, did the Caller Display service used to work ok on a previous handset? Have you tried removing the Caller Display service in your My Account and then re-added this again?
