This person who had an Irish accent rang asking if I was satisfied with my broadband service, I queried who he was because he came through on a local landline number and he assured me he was definitely from Talk Talk, not sure?

Not sure why they called you, you are still in contract till June.

I just got this call as well. With all the phone scams going on, it’s not in TalkTalk’s best interest to gauge customer satisfaction this way. I don’t believe he ever even said TalkTalk, only ‘better value team.’ More context as to who and why they’re calling would be helpful…plus they’re likely not getting real feedback from people assuming it’s a scam….
