&lt;P&gt;All tests on your line are clear, so nothing stands out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are a number of things that can cause the broadband to drop when the phone is in use. &amp;nbsp;The most common is a faulty microfilter, so swap this over if you have another. &amp;nbsp;A faulty or loose wire in the handset can also cause this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unplug everything out of the phone socket, then connect the phone and broadband and make a test call. &amp;nbsp;If it drops, do you have another microfilter or phone to test.&lt;/P&gt;
