We no longer have a home telephone.

All we need is the internet.

Are there any payments or charges relating to the home phone?

What we want is faster internet, and if this is possible, how much

will that cost.

If on basic Fast Broadband (ADSL) or fibre to the cabinet, you are dependent on the copper line for your Broadband service, @B0bb1nca53.

Without any copper, you can't get these packages. The charge for line rental has been assimilated into the package price for many years and cannot be seperated.

Only actual calls are charged in addition to this (or you might use an anytime calls boost which covers ordinary landlines and mobiles etc).

Put "pricing" in the forum search engine to check specifics.

You can check for faster Internet on the main Talktalk pages (check the small print area on there too).
