My landline number has changed without our permission, or knowledge. Please change it back again to our original number that is listed on my account, and that we have been using for over 20 years. Thank you

Name
Telephone number
Alternative contact number

Thanks Linda. So if you dial 17070 from your TalkTalk landline, is the number that you've entered in the private notes section, the number that is read back to you?

Hello Chris, yes the number I've written in my notes is the number read back to me when I dial 17070 from my landline

OK thanks. Line test is also picking up an issue so I'll raise this to Openreach for investigation

I've now raised this as a non-appointed task so Openreach will investigate over the next 72 hours and may contact you directly if they need to access your home
