Open Reach engineer to visit

Hi I had a visit from Talk Talk engineer this morning who could not fix my landline problem he said it was an external problem and needed Open Reach he tried to contact Talk Talk but said his calls were going round in a loop? and asked me a non techie and non typist to try later I've tried and you are my last resort, all I need is an Open Reach engineer booked to sort it out Thanks

You should follow up on there only, to avoid confusion and duplication.

I'll close this one to new posts.

As it is, it is now too late to get support from staff on here before Monday.

There were problems with Web infrastructure all day today globally which might have explained the Talktalk engineer's inability to reach further support.
