It's now working!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I restarted everything, and there was still no dial tone, but I remebered the manual for the Grandstream HT801 says something like "allow up to 1 hour for connection" - so I did and now it's working. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_sunglasses:"&gt;😎&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good stuff. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Phone not working / no dial tone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got an upgrade to Fibre 150 about 3 weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything worked ok, both the broadband and the VoIP phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, the phone line has no dial tone. When I call the number on my mobile, it rings but when I pick up the phone, the line just keeps ringing. As I said, it worked fine a few weeks ago when first installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router is the TalkTalk Sagemcom Fast 5434 and the Digital Voice box is the Grandstream HT801. All 3 lights are on on the DV box, and the router says my phone line is connected. The router even records the calls I'm trying to make from my mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clues??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
