My home phone has gone completely silent and it cannot make any call. When I called my home phone number using my mobile, I could hear it ringing on my mobile but nothing ringing on my home phone.

I rarely use my home phone, so it might have gone dormant or something.

Hi SeptemberLeaver

I'm sorry to hear this.

I've completed a line test and this is clear - No faults detected.

Is the phone currently connected at the test socket? Do you have another phone that you can test with?
