just came back from holiday phone didnt have dialling tone thought phone was faulty bought a new phone wasnt phone originally could call out but couldnt get incoming calls contacted talk talk about it couldnt fix problem sending out engineer then phone now has gone dead tried another phone same no sound on any socket waiting for engineer on tuesday my friend next door could be because changing how landline works doing away with analogue lines havent clue about digi phones

Hi @donald57 sounds like a landline fault, you would have had notifications of any changes to your service. Hope the engineer get to the bottom of it for you.
