&lt;P&gt;Using My Connection to diagnose a fault seems to send false reports of it being sorted etc, so better to speak to human beings about it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Chat should be open from 9am today.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No telephone line</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I reported a fault wsith my telephone line last week, I received an email that the faukt had been fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I tried it there was no dialling tone. I am still without a telephone line for wich I am paying for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
