&lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry to hear this. Are you using the eero with the digital voice adapter or the Wifi Hub 2 router for the voice service please?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for confirming. If you're using the Wifi Hub 2 then you shouldn't need to use the separate digital voice adapter. Have you tried rebooting the wifi hub?&lt;/P&gt;
