I want to keep my phone line and allow incoming calls only Can I do that and how much it will cost me ?

You can only stop certain sorts of outgoing calls, @Pravin4:

You can also reduce your monthly allowance in My Account:

There are no extra costs. Your landline is included in the Broadband bill but not extra, whether copper / FTTC or using VOIP (ordered with FTTP). Call charges can be mitigated by adding a boost:

Boosts are charged per month but can help reduce total bills as long as calls are not longer than an hour at a time.
