Home phone not working

I have had problems with internet dropping continually but intermittently.This seemed mostly resolved but now I have on landline. It will neither receive nor send. I have almost no mobile signal so am completely dependent on my landline.

Sorry to see this. Have you tried connecting at the test socket? Subject to that the support team will be happy to help, but bear in mind that they will probably not respond before Monday now. If you want to get things moving a bit quicker you should get in touch with customer services directly.
