Our landline is not working. Can’t ring out or receive calls. Callers to the number just get ringing, but no response or message.I have checked everything, but have not found a solution. Our WiFi is ok.

Can you check the line or offer any solution.

A test on your line is showing a fault, so I've logged this out to Openreach to take a look.

Check back in 24hrs and we can see if there is any progress on this for you.
