Home phone not working

Our phone hasn't worked for several days. We had Fibre Broadband installed recently, but the home phone was working after that for a few days.

Our landline phone is still not working. It's a week since talking to TalkTalk, and they said they would be in touch on my mobile. Havnt heard anything since.

Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond further.

@Butterfly3, could you clarify for staff in this thread, what landline are you using?

Traditional copper...? This can be an ADSL (slower) Fast Broadband service or (faster packages) Fibre to the cabinet.

HUB2 router with full fibre?

Eero with Digital Voice Adapter.

The last 2 are with Fibre to the premises.
