I am surprised to receive an email from you saying that I wish to leave your services for my telephone. If this has come from EE then they are wrong to send it as I have today merely updated my broadband contract with them. Please clarify for me.

You cannot separate your phone and broadband services, they are bundled together.

I can confirm that EE are taking over the line for the full service Phone/Broadband and Line rental.
