Callsafe no longer stopping sales and scam calls

For the last couple of days we've been getting calls from salesmen and women which come straight through without being intercepted by Callsafe. I've "typed" 1472 and then 1 on my handset to try and reactivate Call Safe, but to no effect. Can anyone help out?

Have you had any scam or sales calls since the 13th?
