Incoming Calls with No Number

Since going on to the new Fast Fibre Broadband we are getting a phone call every ½ hour at

¼ past and ½ to the hour, that's 50 galls a day, 350 calls a week, 1,400 calls a month, all with no number, as there is no number we can't Block them, The new fibre cable is coming from the old Telephone Pole next to the old Copper wire which has not been taken away, what can be done to stop these phone calls, fishfryer.
